Punishment of the crime

C Around February 5, 2008, G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) established D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) on August 9, 2005 and promoted a project to develop a large-scale land of 14,242 square meters in Macheon-si, E-si. Around February 5, 2008, it entered into a joint development agreement with C and D to develop a large-scale land of Macheon-si and secure tin, including 14,242 square meters in Ma.

Around December 17, 2010, the Defendant, the representative director of D, shall purchase the above forest land owned by C and D with KRW 730 million ( KRW 130 million on the condition that C would not file a civil complaint for all projects within the territory of D in the future, and KRW 130 million on the condition that C would not file a civil complaint for the transfer income tax to be borne by the seller, and if the buyer bears the transfer income tax to be borne by D and damages to C to the person who is permitted to engage in development activities in connection with D, the Defendant agreed to the effect that “the disposal of E taxes and expenses” is “the disposal of E taxes and expenses” in the car page located in the Hannam City of Hanam-si on the condition that C signed and sealed each of the representative directors of D.

On May 14, 2015, the Defendant prepared a false complaint against C at the B law office located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H.

The defendant C, without authority for the purpose of utteringing the date unfortunate, prepares a letter of apology if it is false that the taxes and expenses of the forest of this case are processed by D without authority, and simultaneously puts a part of the name and signature, etc. of the complainant entered in the upper end and lower end of each letter into a knife, in which it is a private document concerning the rights and duties of the complainant in the name of the complainant by means of copying them, etc., and then a copy of each letter is forged and completed.
