A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim B(32) and the victim C(49).

On May 5, 2016, the defendant, at around 14:30 on 14:30 on 5, 2016, had a dispute between the victims and their property issues and returned to the defendant's home in the upper limit of appraisal.

At around 14:30 on May 5, 2016, the Defendant found at the house of the above victim B, and saw the transition ( approximately 12 cm in length) of dangerous articles possessed by the Defendant’s house as his hand, and called “the victims,” “the victims, she was suffering from the knife at the above house at around 15:00 on the same day,” and called “the victims, who were in danger of having come at the Defendant’s house, as knife at knife at 20cm in length,” and “the victims, who were in danger of having come at the Defendant’s house.”

Accordingly, the defendant threatened victims by carrying excessive and food blades, which are dangerous objects.
