Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Around 22:10 on December 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) issued a bus tag to the victim E, who was waiting to board in order to take passengers on board the bus at the Cboard of Changwon-si, Busan Metropolitan City D bus ticket inspection; and (b) issued a receipt attached to the bus tag to the victim, but (c) the victim was passing about 10 minutes while deeming “the bus receipt” and passing about 10 minutes on the bus, etc., on the ground that the victim was able to get out of the bus, and the victim was able to get out of the bus, and caused the victim’s disturbance to tear the 400,000 won of the market price by cutting down the string-line of the 400,000 won of the number of the passenger, and the victim G, who is the FF bus engineer, was able to wear the bus tag at 100,000 won of the victim’s wear on the left-hand part of the horse.
