1. The Defendants, in collaboration, jointly with the Plaintiff KRW 4,340,00 and the Defendants except Defendant C, on July 1, 2016.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. From July 20, 2011 to December 31, 2015, the Plaintiff obtained permission to engage in a new construction of livestock pens and permission to engage in a construction work in the Gancheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun from July 2011 to December 31, 2015. The period of permission was extended until December 31, 2016, when the Plaintiff newly built a livestock shed.

B. However, on May 18, 2016, the head of Gohap-gun revoked the construction permit for the Plaintiff on the ground that “In the event of a civil petition due to a new livestock shed construction project, the Plaintiff was directly responsible and resolved, and the permission may be revoked if a civil petition is continuously created at the time of permission for development activities, on condition that the permission may be revoked.”

C. Defendants B and I conspired to interfere with the construction of a new livestock shed in a way that it is likely to cause environmental pollution by livestock excreta, etc. on the grounds that the construction of a large livestock complex is likely to cause environmental pollution on the part of the Plaintiff, knowing that Defendant B and I would be a joint representative of the “L opposite Promotion Committee” organized for the purpose of opposing the establishment of a new livestock shed. Defendant H is the vice-chairperson, Defendant D is the general affairs, Defendant F is the secretariat, and Defendant J is the promoted. 2) The Defendants conspired to interfere with the construction of a new livestock shed in a manner that interferes with the Plaintiff’s construction of a new livestock shed by entering a large livestock complex into the construction site on October 2015.

3. From October 3, 2015 to October 4, 2015, Defendant B, D, F, H, I, and J, to interfere with the Plaintiff’s new construction of access roads to the construction site between October 16, 2015 and October 3, 2015, in order to interfere with the Plaintiff’s construction of the access roads at the construction site of the said stable from October 16, 200 to November 11:00, Defendant J obstructed the access roads at the construction site by parking one Trackter on the construction site. Defendant B occupied access roads and provided relief using a loudspeaker. Defendant D, F, H, I, and J together with other 30 members.
