Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 17:12, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (refluence of the noise measurement) sent a traffic accident involving DNA-free cars that had been parked in front of the Chungcheongnam-gun budget C while driving the BITI100 Oral Ba and driving the road in front of the Chungcheongnam-gun. On the same day, at around 17:17:17 of the same day, the Defendant was required to respond to the demand of the Defendant to take a breath under the influence of alcohol, such as the Defendant’s drinking, smelling, drinking, drinking, drinking at the face from Ethical slope F, etc. of the Budget Police Station Ethical Zone, sent to the site after receiving a report at around 17:12 of the same day, and breath from around 17:32 of the same day to about 17:42 of the same day.

Nevertheless, the Defendant avoided it in a way that does not properly conceal a drinking measuring instrument, and expressed his/her intention to refuse to take a drinking test, and failed to comply with a police officer’s request for a drinking test without a justifiable reason.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of an error under paragraph (1).

On September 8, 2019, at around 17:12, the Defendant driven an erroneous part of Paragraph 1, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, from the roads in front of the Chungcheongnam-gun budget-gun G to the roads in front of the same military, to the roads in front of the same military.
