A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around December 2014, the Defendant was notified by the Victim C (A, 34 years of age) who was in a relationship with the Defendant, and attempted to talk with the female, but did not contact.

On December 16, 2014, around 21:00, the Defendant demanded that the victim, who was waiting for the victim in the vicinity of the victim's residence, from the place of residence, “exploiting the night,” was rejected, and therefore, the Defendant was able to take a bath to do so, knife the part of the female, and knife the victim at the place of the Defendant’s rocketing car.

As above, the Defendant: (a) went through the victim, and around 1.5 km away from the racing market to the powder parking lot located in the middle of the racing market; and (b) prevented the victim from getting off from the car.

In addition, even after arrival at the above parking lot, the Defendant continued to take a bath to the victim and prevented the victim from getting frighten from getting out of the above car, thereby placing the victim under confinement for about 2 hours.
