A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

1. No person shall abandon a child under his protection and supervision;

On October 17, 2014, the Defendant was pregnant of C’s child, which was a son, and C was unable to take charge of her child, and was able to leave her child after having given birth because she performed a her pregnancy surgery or had no economic ability to raise her child. On October 17, 2014, the Defendant was unable to find the Defendant’s whereabouts on the side of the above hospital, such as preparing documents of hospitalization for only her only delivery, and entering the Defendant’s address and telephone number in a false way.

On October 17, 2014, around 06:42, the Defendant, at the delivery room of the pertinent Asia University Hospital, gave birth to a female newborn baby, and then, at around 16:15 on the same day, fleded with the newborn baby in the above hospital’s newborn baby room.

Accordingly, the defendant abandons the child under the protection and supervision of the defendant.

"2016 Highest 5195"

2. No person shall abandon a child under his/her protection and supervision;

On January 7, 2016, the Defendant was pregnant of the child of C, which was a son, and came into her own with C, and was unable to find out the whereabouts of the Defendant on the side of the hospital due to the lack of an occupation to care for the baby, and the lack of economic ability to care for the baby after childbirth. On January 7, 2016, the Daegu Kaol Hospital located in 33, Daegu-gu, 2017-ro 17-ro, Daegu-gu, 201, prepared the documents of hospitalization, and entered the Defendant’s phone number falsely.

On January 7, 2016, around 09:29:29, the Defendant gave birth to the victim (here, 0 years of age) at the delivery room of the Daegu KaTol Hospital, and then escaped with the above newborn baby at around 14:40 on the same day, while leaving the said newborn baby in the newborn room of the above hospital.

Accordingly, the defendant abandons the child under the protection and supervision of the defendant.
