Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The term "C party head" means a person who operates a party head in his/her trade name.

No person shall provide game products for distribution or use which have not been classified, or display or keep them for such purposes.

Nevertheless, at around 21:58 on October 23, 2014, the Defendant kept two physical posters game equipment which was not rated in C party room located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju.
