The appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
Examining various circumstances, including the Defendant’s age character and conduct, intelligence and environment, relationship with victims, motive and consequence of each of the instant crimes, and circumstances after the commission of the crime, etc., the determination of the lower court’s imprisonment with prison labor for a period of 18 years cannot be deemed as extremely unfair even in light of the circumstances asserted by the national defense counsel.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
