A. According to the above facts of recognition, G, the assessment title of each land of this case, and H, the Plaintiff’s fleet, are identical to one another, and the address column of G, the assessment title, is a blank space, but the address column of G, which is the situation title, is still a blank space, but it is not a land investigation department (Land Investigation Division) No. 4 of the Regulations on the Provisional Land Investigation of the Shipbuilding General Government (No. 33).
