Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A provided a person operating a party room and a tea room with speculative gaming machines, and conspired to divide profits. A

The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc. from February 21, 2012 to July 25, 2012, through the F’s “G Party Head” of the Chungcheong City from around February 21, 2012 to from around February 25, 2012, conspired to divide F and name-free persons and earnings, and set up two strings, which are speculative machines, provide them to unspecified customers for use, exchange points obtained as a result of the game, and engage in the speculative act as described in the attached Table of Crimes (1).

B. From the end of October 201 to the end of May 7, 2012, the Defendant violated the Game Industry Promotion Act: (a) conspired to divide I and his name-free persons and earnings from the I’s “J Party Chapter”; (b) opened one physical fitness game machine, which is a game machine not classified, and displayed and kept it in order to provide the use to the general public; and (c) from the end of October to the end of July 25, 2011 to the end of July 25, 2012, the Defendant displayed and kept the game machine, which was not classified by the above method as indicated in the list of crimes (2).
