Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2013 fixed-term 689] The defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in Ansan Branch of the Suwon District Court on September 16, 2008 and confirmed on October 31, 2008. On September 28, 2010, the above court joined two cases of the same crime and sentenced to a fine of 4 million won on October 6, 2010 and became final and conclusive on September 28, 2010.
On January 10, 2013, at around 01:20, the Defendant driven a B K-5 car with approximately 200 meters from the street in front of the chamber of commerce and industry located in Ansan-si to the front of the same pellety officetel, in the state of under the influence of alcohol by 0.065%.
[2013 High Court 690] The Defendant is a driver of the passenger vehicle B K5 vehicle.
Around 03:20 on January 23, 2013, the Defendant, while driving under the influence of alcohol on the front of 709-2 on the face of the Defendant, such as setting a red light on the front of the Hasan-dong 709-2, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and requested a police officer to comply with a drinking test for about 30 minutes at around 30 minutes, but failed to comply with the demand of a police officer for a drinking test without good cause.
