On May 2, 2018, around 02:51, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.209% from approximately 70 meters from the 1st day of the Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon to the front day of the 29 Hallri-ri, 1:4 Gapo-ro 1 to the front day of the 9th day of the Gapo-gu, Jungdong-gu, Incheon.
