Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch.

On January 2, 2020, at around 23:44, the Defendant driven CM3 car while under the influence of alcohol with 0.042% of alcohol concentration from the main point of the trade influenite-dong in Ansan-si to the front road in Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City from around 25km to the front road in Michuhol-gu.
