1. Basic facts

A. A. Around June 201, the Defendant submitted the design drawings (hereinafter “instant design drawings”) regarding the buildings on the ground C (hereinafter “instant buildings”) of Ysan-gu, Busan-si, Seoul-si, Seoul-si, Seoul-si, Inc. (hereinafter “instant buildings”), and the main contents are as follows:

B. On June 22, 201, the Plaintiff received the instant design drawings from the Defendant and entered into a construction contract with the Defendant for the following construction works (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).

Future construction name: D Construction period of End-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on June 222, 2011, completed on December 30, 2011: 28,000,000 advance payment: the time and method of payment of 30,000 completed portion of construction work at each floor: 20,000,000 won shall be paid each time when each floor is lowered.
