1. The Defendant’s corrective order issued to the Plaintiff on February 27, 2018 and the Plaintiff on April 4, 2018.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On December 1, 1989, the Plaintiff established a factory on the ground B of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu (hereinafter “previous factory”) and operated a fume, fume, and ready-mixed manufacturing business.

B. On October 21, 1994, the Plaintiff established a factory (hereinafter “instant factory”) in Ulsan-gu and five lots of land (road name address: Ulsan-gu E) located within the Ulsan-gu Industrial Complex managed by the Defendant (hereinafter “instant industrial complex”), and completed the registration of the factory around October 21, 1994.

C. At the time of the establishment and registration of the factory of this case, the business plan, the report of factory establishment and the report of the completion of factory establishment, which were submitted by the Plaintiff, stated as the type of business "manufacturing industry of concrete assembly equipment and steel reinforced products (Classification No. 36935)". After reviewing the feasibility of the registration of the factory of this case, the business trip name and the written opinion of review prepared by the person in charge of the construction work of this case, "production: Mame", "business type of concrete assembly equipment and steel reinforced products manufacturing industry (Classification No. 36935)", "business type of business: Manufacturing business of concrete assembly equipment and other concrete products for civil construction (Classification No. 26957)", and "factory registration in conformity with the contents of the occupancy contract of this case." At the present, the registration certificate of factory of this case stated as "business type in accordance with the Korean Standard Industrial Classification" as "manufacturing Industry Classification No. 235 (Classification No. 2325)", and the "Korea Standard Industrial Classification No. 25496.
