Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 27, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving) driving, around 0.123% of alcohol concentration in blood, driven a vehicle in F with a vehicle driving at F in the speed of about 30km from the east of the same valley, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.123% in the direction of the E station in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju.

Since there is an intersection where a signal, etc. is installed, there was a duty of care for a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle to live well with the signal, and to drive the motor vehicle safely in accordance with the signals.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not change the vehicle driving signal to a stop signal, and did not proceed as it is, and the Defendant was negligent in driving the vehicle in front of the car driven by the victim G(64 ) who stopped under the stop signals in front of the car driven by the Defendant, and received the back spread of the Hfol vehicle driven by the Defendant as the front part of the car driven by the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant driving a body car under the influence of alcohol that is difficult to drive normally, and suffered injury to the victim G, such as salt, tensions, etc., which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment for the victim G, and suffered injury to the victim I (63 tax) who was on the franchis car, such as salt, tensions, etc., for about two weeks of medical treatment.

2. On February 27, 2017, the Defendant driven a brea car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.123% from the road front of the Dong University located in Gwangju Mine-gu, to the road front of the E stations located in Gwangju Mine-gu, around 19:47 on the same day, the Defendant driven a brea car under the influence of alcohol content of about 10km.
