Punishment of the crime

On February 15, 2017, the Defendant driven B Q125 motor bicycle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 100 meters alcohol concentration of 0.123% from the 100-meter section of alcohol to the 426th road from the northwest of Seongdong-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul to the northwest of Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul.
