Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

On April 23, 2013, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 4 million from a District Court on the violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and there are many kinds of electric power of the same kind.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence.

2. On July 20, 2020, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with low alcohol level of about 0.074% in the section of about 8km from the Cheongju-gu Office to the Goi-gu Office C, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju-si, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.074%.

Accordingly, the Defendant, while driving without a license, violated the regulations on prohibition of drinking driving at least twice.
