Punishment of the crime

On December 6, 2012, at around 22:10, the Defendant driven a B-car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.071% in the section of approximately 1km from the front day of the mutually undeveloped restaurant located in the Young-si, Young-si to the front day of the same Dong-dong in the same city.
