Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On March 22, 2013, at around 01:10, the Defendant driven the above vehicle, and turned down two-lanes of lukidg sports zone, which are located in the law Dong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon, by the speed at the bottom of the ludembbbridge, depending on the dry field.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall accurately operate the steering system, brakes and other devices of the motor vehicle, shall not drive the motor vehicle at a speed or in such a manner as to inflict any danger and injury on others according to the traffic conditions of the road and the structure and performance of the motor vehicle, and has the duty of care to report the traffic situation well and to prevent accidents in advance by driving the motor vehicle safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and neglected to drive a stroke-si, left the lane, and damaged approximately two meters by shocking the pents on the right side of the future, and then down to India.

As a result, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of business, destroyed the fences to require repair costs equivalent to KRW 646,00, and escaped without taking any measures.
