Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person who was engaged in real estate brokerage business under the trade name “C real estate” in the building B in Goyang-dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and on April 12, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor on April 12, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 20, 2013.

1. Although the Defendant did not have been entrusted with a lease contract for officetels 7.15 of the Ilyang-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si-si-dong-si-si-si-U.D, the Defendant concluded that, around October 2011, the victim E found the Defendant’s authorized office of real estate brokerage for the management of the Defendant, “the husband of the house owner was at the hospital and was entrusted with the lease contract authority during absence of the hospital,” and concluded that, “the owner of the house shall first purchase the deposit at KRW 4.7 million per month-end-old-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-child-.

As mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) signed a lease agreement by deceiving E; and (b) exercised it to obtain deposit and monthly profit; and (c) used the office computers in the same date and place as the office computers in the column of the location of the B-type contract form for officetels monthly rent contract using the office computers at the same time and place as the office computers in paragraph (a) without any delegation or other authority; (b) there is no house owner’s absence in the deposit column; (c) “a million won” in the deposit column; and (d) the special agreement terms and conditions.
