1. 특수상해 피고인은 2019. 6. 12. 20:00경 창원시 의창구 B에 있는 피해자 C(여, 53세)의 주거지인 D호에서, 피해자가 피고인에게 그만 만나자고 하면서 피고인으로부터 생활비 명목으로 받았던 100만 원에 50만 원을 추가하여 총 150만 원을 피고인에게 송금하였다는 이유로 화가 나 찾아와 오른손에 그곳 싱크대 칼 보관함에 있던 위험한 물건인 부엌칼(총 길이 35cm, 칼날 길이 21cm)을 꺼내 든 상태에서 피해자에게 “씨발년아 나를 무시하냐”, “씨발년 죽어봐라”라고 말하면서 왼손으로 피해자의 목을 졸라 벽으로 밀어 붙이고, 위 부엌칼 손잡이 부분으로 피해자의 배를 찌르는 시늉을 하고, 다시 위 부엌칼을 바로 잡은 상태에서 칼날로 배를 찌를 듯 위협하여 피해자에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 경추 염좌 등의 상해를 가하였다.

2.
