A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant received KRW 28 million from the victim on August 12, 201, from the victim, to the account of community credit cooperatives (E) in the name of the Defendant, and received KRW 4 million from the said account on October 12 of the same year and KRW 26 million from the Nonghyup Bank account in the name of the Defendant, respectively, over three occasions.

Accordingly, the defendant was given a delivery of 58 million won by deceiving the victim.

The Defendant of “2012 Highest 2628”, around September 201, 201, requested the Cheongju-si H branch of Hyundai Motor Vehicle G located in Cheongju-si, and requested the Defendant to purchase middle and highest string vehicles by Cheongju-si G, and then requested the Defendant to purchase middle and high string vehicles by Cheongju-si I. On October 20, 201, 4.7 million won in the account of community credit cooperatives (Account Number: E) in the name of the Defendant on October 20, 201, 25.4 million won in the same month, 27.2 million won in the same month, and November 201.
