On July 10, 2008, the Busan District Court received a summary order of 1.5 million won as a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the subsidiary branch of the Busan District Court on July 10, 2008, and confirmed on April 9, 2010 by receiving a summary order of a fine of 4 million won from the Gwangju District Court on April 201.

On February 22, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant driven a B-house car with approximately KRW 300 meters under the influence of alcohol content 0.166% at the front of entrance of the third apartment district located in the same 3rd apartment zone in front of the 104-dong of the modern apartment located in the 104-dong of Busan Seo-gu.
