A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On June 8, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul East House on February 18, 2019.

1. On March 9, 2019, around 06:53, the criminal defendant against the victim B committed a criminal act as if he/she did not have an intent or ability to pay the drinking value to the victim B in “D dan” located on the first floor of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Bupyeong-gu Seoul Building C, and ordered the payment of alcohol, etc., and he/she received from the victim, i.e., a sum of KRW 190,000, and acquired it by deception.

2. On April 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 09:10 on April 20, 2019, at Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Felel, entered the fact as if he were to pay the victim E with no intent or ability to pay the guest room fee, etc.; and (b) ordered beer, and then the Defendant was provided with the victim with the passenger room and the beer in sum amounting to KRW 100,000 from the victim’s seat.

3. Although the facts charged in the victim G are stated as “M,” it appears to be a clerical error in the G, according to the 20th page of the evidence record.

On April 23, 2019, at around 00:54, the Defendant: (a) taken a H-business taxi operated by the victim G prior to the Seoul Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government New Disease Control Act; (b) was committed as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the taxi expenses; and (c) was provided with the victim with the use of the taxi to move before the Michuhol-gu Incheon Seosung-ro 340, the destination of the taxi to the 39,000 won of the taxi expenses.

1. A theft Defendant: (a) around 07:00 on April 11, 2019, at the 197:0 Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu International Moel Jho-gu, Incheon, where the victim was locked after drinking with the victim K, etc.; and (b) one sheet of cash 4,000 won and L/C card in the market price of the victim’s ownership, which the victim was locked and left on his/her table, and one sheet of the victim’s back-hand gallon.
