Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2016, at around 16:35, the Defendant driven a BAtop car, and changed the lane to four lanes while driving a road of five lanes in front of the two four-lanes in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu into a four-lane four-lane radius from the two-lane one. Accordingly, the victim D (25 years) who driven a C-crack car following the Defendant's vehicle, driving a C-crack car into a four-lane.

As such, the Defendant, where the fact that the victim gets a warning, changed the lane to three lanes, and took a bath to the victim, and obstructed the course of the victim while making a sudden stop in front of the victim's vehicle.

Accordingly, a person who causes damage to play shall stop the vehicle and report the vehicle to the defendant.
