On March 9, 2015, at around 02:13, the Defendant driven BK-5 vehicles under the influence of alcohol content of 0.072% in blood alcohol concentration from the roads adjacent to the langpool cafeteria cafeteria located in the Changwon-si, Changwon-si to the front road located in the Masanpo-gu, 3.15 in the same city.
