Punishment of the crime

Around November 23, 2017, the Defendant received an order from Kimhae-si to take measures to dispose of approximately 30 tons of wastes without permission from Kimhae-si (hereinafter “the extended time limit”) at the Defendant’s residence, and requested an extension of the said time limit on January 26, 2018. On January 2, 2018, the Defendant received notification from Kimhae-si that “the said time limit for disposal of wastes was extended by January 26, 2018,” but failed to comply with the order to take measures for the disposal of the said wastes by January 26, 2018, the said extended time limit.
