A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 30, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) and the Road Traffic Act (LA) (LA) caused the Defendant to turn to the left at a speed of about 30 km from the dynamic side of the Eastern Industries, which is in front of the Eastern Industries in Gwangju City, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.247%.
