1. The defendant shall pay 349,680,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from May 24, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff is a company that produces and sells sloping, and the Defendant is a company that produces and sells gold and plastic products, and engages in gold export and import business.

B. The Plaintiff and the Defendant: (a) the Plaintiff and the Defendant produced and supplied Madows to the Defendant, the Defendant engaged in transactions in the form of manufacturing gold and plastic products and delivering them to a third party by using them; (b) the price for the goods that the Plaintiff was not supplied to the Defendant from January 2016 to August 2016 is KRW 205,830,000 (including value-added tax).

C. Meanwhile, during the aforementioned transaction period, the Plaintiff received payment of KRW 143,850,00 with bills from the Defendant during June and September, 2016, and the said bills were in arrears on December 6, 2016.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 205,830,00 in total and KRW 143,850,00 in total and KRW 349,680,00 in total, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery of the complaint to the day of full payment ( May 24, 2017).

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
