Punishment of the crime

Victim C operates Group D E by a private person belonging to Group D, and Victim F operates Group H by a private person belonging to Group D.

1. On October 21, 2014, the Defendant was aware of the fraud against the victim C at E’s office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and the victim’s “PD.”

On the face of the cost of work, the broadcasting company will publicize D to broadcasting companies, and will continue to contribute to broadcasting.

However, even if the defendant received money from the injured party, he did not think that it would be used for the cost of living, etc., and did not think that it would be used for the cost of publicity or the cost of interference with broadcasting, and there was no intention or ability to continue to contribute D to broadcasting.

As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) obtained a total of KRW 61,80,000 from October 21, 2014 to April 9, 2015 from the victim to the victim; and (c) obtained a delivery of KRW 61,80,000 through a total of 12 times as shown in the List of Offenses.

2. The Defendant committed fraud against the Victim F, around December 16, 2014, at H’s office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu Seoul, and the victim “D was unable to contribute to broadcasting,” and the victim was placed in place.

G will make a contribution of KRW 10 million to “MBC-based music-centered” of the MBC channel, “personal bS channel”, “MBS channel”, and “MT-transporting” of the MBC channel for a period of two weeks from the end of this week.

However, at the time, the defendant had no intention or ability to contribute G to broadcasting for two weeks.

As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) by deceiving the victim; (c) obtained each delivery of KRW 3 million on the same day from the victim; (d) KRW 5 million on December 18, 2014; and (e) KRW 2 million on the 19th day of the same month; and (c) obtained each delivery of KRW 10 million on the 19th day.
