1. The defendant shall pay 37,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from September 23, 2014 to the day of full payment.

(Provided, however, the Plaintiff, the obligor, and the obligee are deemed to file the instant lawsuit. On the date of the first pleading, the Plaintiff recognized that the Plaintiff had received reimbursement of KRW 30 million from the Defendant by the said date, and subsequently reduced the purport of the claim on February 2, 190 (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
