Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 21, 199, Defendant A concluded five insurance contracts with Samsung T&T Co., Ltd. with a long-term and long-term insurance company that received insurance money in proportion to the number of days of hospitalization, including entering into five insurance contracts with the same contents as above, and used the same contents to provide medical treatment. The Defendant received KRW 1,50,000 from the victims as insurance money from the victim on April 11, 2014.

2. Defendant B, on June 14, 2004, concluded four insurance contracts with Samsung T&T Co., Ltd. and concluded four insurance contracts with similar contents, including the fact that insurance money is paid in proportion to the number of days of hospitalization, and thus, it is possible to provide medical treatment. However, Defendant B was hospitalized for a long time to receive insurance money according to the number of days of hospitalization.

Although it was possible for the Defendant to receive a convaluative treatment from the Mapo-si Medical Center at the time of Mapo-si on March 11, 2010, the Defendant was hospitalized for 30 days from that time to April 9, 2010 and issued a written confirmation of hospitalization, and submitted the above written confirmation of hospitalization to the victim Samsungsung Disaster Insurance Co., Ltd. on April 9, 2010, and filed a claim for insurance money on April 16, 2010, and the Defendant received KRW 600,000 from the damaged person as insurance money on April 16, 2010, from that time, the Defendant received KRW 600,000 from the damaged person as insurance money.
