A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2016, at around 01:50, the Defendant made a call at around 01:50, the Defendant’s head part of the victim’s head one time on the glass cup, which is a dangerous object on the table, and on the ground that the Defendant’s husband made a telephone call with the Defendant’s husband at the E main point located in Yasan-si, Yasan-do.
