Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a restaurant in the name of “G” in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

A person who intends to carry on the food service business shall provide facilities necessary for the business under the conditions as prescribed by the Presidential Decree and report to the competent authority by type of the business or by place of business.

Nevertheless, from October 23, 2014 to August 4, 2015, the Defendant, with facilities, such as kitchen and guest seat (four-person table table x 70) on the size of business place, sold food, alcoholic beverages, etc. to many and unspecified persons, and operated a general restaurant business without reporting general restaurant business to the competent authority.
