On July 5, 2019, at around 10:30, the Defendant driven Bone Star Co., Ltd without obtaining a driver's license from around about 20km section from the roads near Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si to the 90-dong, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul to the lower end of the advertisement.
