The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the reasons for appeal (six months of imprisonment) by the lower court is too unreasonable.

2. In light of the fact that the Defendant did not change the sentencing conditions in addition to the confession of all of the instant crimes in the trial, compared to the original judgment, the Defendant did not recover the damage, and the victim wanted to punish the Defendant, the lower court’s sentence is too unreasonable.

3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the conclusion is groundless.
