Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the believers of a religious organization B, was the head of the Defendant’s office located in Yongsan-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and the Defendant, on November 19, 2013, received a written notice of enlistment in the name of the director of the regional military manpower office in the name of 39 company located in the Dong-dong, Changwon-si, Changwon-si on November 19, 2013, but did not enlist, without justifiable grounds, until the 22th day of the same month after three days from the date of enlistment.
