Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 03:30 on May 12, 2015, the Defendant collected a cell phone from the victim C (4 years) who was son at the Defendant’s house located B B 201 and did not listen to the horses, and caused damage to the victim’s body by going to the victim, who was a child, on the ground that he did not listen to the horses, at the Defendant’s house located in B 201 at the Defendant’s house.
