Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On October 12, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes at Suwon District Court (Indecent Acts at Public Space), and completed the execution of the sentence in a female prison on January 17, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On April 4, 2019, at around 20:30 on April 4, 2019, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in any means of public transportation by getting in D Village bus (E) at the front bus stops located in D Village bus (E) and sitting down to the right edge of the victim F (the age of 17) by getting into the right edge of the victim’s bucks, leaving the hand over to the right edge of the victim’s bucks, and making up the victim’s side bucks over 2 to 3 times.

At around 11:35 on April 18, 2019, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in the means of public transportation in a way that: (a) the Defendant gets in a bus (I) at the bus stops in front of the G apartment located in the front of the Gu G apartment; and (b) sits above the victim’s Jbucks (the age of 22) by going on the front side of the victim’s Jbucks; and (c) write down a hand toward the bucks of the victim by extending to the bucks.

3. On May 7, 2019, around 16:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in the means of public transportation in a way that, within K bus (L) opened in the side side of the victim M (the age of 24) who was seated in the direction of the written direction at the Busan Shipping Bathing Beach, he saw the victim into the side of the victim M (the age of 24).
