A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 15, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving): Gwangju-si located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, about 18:20 on the same day from the front day of the smuggling distance in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, about 171 on the same day;

Up to the front road of the Educational Support Agency, the driver has driven B Poter Cargo Vehicles without obtaining a driver's license from a section of about 2 km.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the defendant operated B Poter freight cars which were not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place mentioned in Paragraph 1.

1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 62-2 or more of the Criminal Act concerning the observation of protection and order to attend lectures;
