1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 67,338,794 and KRW 67,000,000 from February 25, 2017 to April 25, 2017.

In full view of the contents of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 and the purport of the whole pleadings, the facts of the reasons for the application of the attached Form (However, the creditor's "the plaintiff" and the debtor's "the defendant" are considered to be the defendant) can be acknowledged.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the money stated in Paragraph 1 of this Article to the plaintiff.
