A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around 04:55 on February 12, 2020, the Defendant driven B K7 cars in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.155% in approximately 3km from the G apartment parking lot in the Seo-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si to the front of the shooting distance of the high-sea comprehensive sports ground located in the same city and in approximately 1582.
