Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From October 29, 2012 to November 5, 2012, the Defendant: (a) provided cooking places and guest seats at stores of approximately 31 square meters in Jung-gu, Jung-gu; and (b) provided cooking instruments, such as three trustees, nine chairs, one gas siren, etc., to customers who have provided meals without reporting general restaurants; and (c) provided general restaurants by cooking and selling approximately KRW 30,000 per day average of 30,000 won to customers who have provided meals.
