A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 7, 2016, around 01:09, the Defendant: (a) driven the vehicle volume of C New Planers XG car; (b) on the other hand, on the road in front of the “E cafeteria” located in Busan Shipping Daegu D, Busan, the Defendant was driving at approximately 20km speed from the intersection to the police special zone.

2. The Defendant, at around 01:15 on the same day, was arrested at the police station I of the Busan Shipping Station and the police officer of the police station of the Busan Shipping Station, who was called out after receiving a report, in front of the parking lot located in Busan Shipping Daegu H. on the same day.

The defendant was driven under the influence of alcohol, such as a red, cross-routing, and a sloping distance from the above J on the job.

Even though a person was requested to comply with a drinking test by inserting the whole in a drinking measuring instrument for a significant reason to determine a person, he/she did not comply with a police officer's request for the measurement of drinking without good cause by evading it three times in total, such as making it prompt, etc., by entering the drinking measuring instrument.

3. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties on the same day, refusing to measure alcohol in front of the parking lot located in Busan Shipping Daegu on the same day, and flying away.
