A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than four months and by imprisonment for not more than three months for a crime of No. 2 of the judgment of the court below.

Punishment of the crime
From 193 to 1993, the Defendant is a person who is engaged in the two kinds of money business with the trade name "D," and on December 15, 201, the Chuncheon District Court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for four months, due to a violation of the Act on the Disposal and Use of Livestock Excreta, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 23th of the same month.
