The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.
Reasons
Since April 2017, the Defendant knew that C was a woman of her husband only when C filed a divorce suit against the Plaintiff, and thereafter, he asserted that C was in a de facto failure of the marital relationship between the Plaintiff and C, and that the Defendant did not commit any act interfering with the marital relationship.
The plaintiff proves that the defendant was aware of the fact that C was a woman since April 2017 or that the defendant committed an unlawful act with C and C, thereby infringing upon the plaintiff's spouse's right as the plaintiff's spouse. Thus, it cannot be deemed that the plaintiff's intent to examine C alone was sufficient proof, and there is no other evidence to prove otherwise.
The meaning of "A" Nos. 6 and 7 is too vague to recognize the fact that there are some sections of evidence and the fact that the damage compensation liability was caused through prosecution.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit.
