Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, as to the defendants, two years from the date of this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2015, Defendants: (a) were well known to the early childhood; (b) concluded that the “G gas station” operation of the Victim F, which was located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, was suspended, and the manager was not permanently stationed, thereby infringing on the said gas station, thereby thefting gasoline, etc.

피고인들은 2015. 8. 3. 경 위 주유소에서, 위 주유소 사무실의 시정되지 아니한 창문을 손으로 열고 위 사무실 안으로 침입하여 그곳에 있던 피해자 소유의 시가 합계 약 11만 원 상당의 불스 원 샷 11개, 시가 불상의 커피 1 박스를 가지고 위 창문을 통하여 위 사무실 밖으로 나온 후, 피고인 A은 위 주유소의 셀프 주유기에 보관된 피해자 소유의 시가 1만 원 상당의 휘발유 약 7리터를 자신이 운행하는 H 벤츠 승용차에, 위 셀프 주유기에 보관된 피해자 소유의 시가 5만 원 상당의 경유 약 35리터를 피고인 B이 운행하는 I 무쏘 승용차에 각각 주유하였다.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to intrude into a structure managed by the victim and stolen the victim's property jointly.
