A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

Defendant
A and Defendant B are foreigners of the nationality of Russia, and people engaged in the business of exporting used cars respectively.
The Defendants abused the fact that the expense of the middle and high-speed auction site is neglected and the vehicle door is always opened for the purpose of preparing daily living expenses due to the absence of certain income, and they committed theft in the way of changing it by preparing in advance the shoulder EC internal strings, and changing it with the internal strings between the general public.

A. Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property of the total amount of KRW 1250,000 (2.50,000 per unit, total of five) of the market price.
2. On March 15, 2016 from around 14:22, 201 to 15:38 of the same day, the Defendants’ joint larceny, jointly and jointly, opened a 20 vehicle door in the I auction room in charge of the management of the victimJ located in Gwangju City, and opened a 20 vehicle on the first floor, and replaced the vehicle with a 250,000 won of the market price installed on the vehicle with a 250,000 won of the vehicle.
